Can I cancel or amend my order?
Once you complete payment and place your order, it is instantly transfered to our logistics partner for it to be picked, packed, and shiped. For operational reasons and to prevent fraud we are not able to amend orders once they have been placed.
We may be able to cancel your order. Please start a conversation with our team via the chat bot or email us at customerservice@denmanbrush.ca. To prevent further delay it is important to include your order number and the email address that you used when you placed your order.
We will do everything we can to intercept and cancel your order, however this may not be possible, even if you contact us as soon as the order is placed.
